7-day returns. If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 7 days of receiving it.
How to return something
- Message us on WhatsApp at +92 321 8471760 within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will tell you where to send the product.
- Send it back in the same condition you received it, with the box and everything that came in it.
Return shipping
| Normal return (you changed your mind) | The buyer pays the return shipping. |
| Parcel damaged in transit | We send you a new parcel at no cost to you. |
If your parcel arrives damaged
Please tell us as soon as you receive it, with photos or a short video of the parcel and the product. We will send a replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, your refund is paid by bank transfer within 1–2 days. Please send us your account details on WhatsApp so we can transfer it.
Warranty
Afftronix products are sold with the 7-day return policy above. They do not come with a separate warranty.
