How it works

1. You place your order on our website.
2. We confirm it with you by WhatsApp or phone.
3. Orders received and confirmed before 4:00 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after 4:00 pm go out the next working day.
4. Our courier delivers to your address. Please keep your phone on, as the rider will call you.

Delivery time

Usually 3–5 working days after dispatch, to all cities and towns across Pakistan. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free.

Payment

Cash on Delivery: pay the rider when you receive and check your parcel. Advance payment by bank transfer is also available at checkout.

When your parcel arrives

Please check the parcel in front of the rider. If the packaging is damaged, tell us straight away. See our Returns policy.
