- To confirm, dispatch and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To understand how the website is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
- Couriers: your name, phone number and address, only so they can deliver your parcel.
- Advertising and analytics services: we use tools such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our ads. They may receive information about your visit and orders, which can include your contact details in protected (hashed) form.
- WhatsApp (Meta): our messages with you travel through WhatsApp.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
